This is a fantastic dealership and I've gone there several times. All the service writers are very polite and welcoming. I had a recall that has needed to be fixed for a very long time, but the part wasn't available. I told the service writer I really needed the block heater for my diesel motor as I was headed to cold country where I truly needed .
