Steering feels no different than before it was worked on. Was told verbally an alignment was going to be done. When the car was being returned to me I received a text saying a tire balance was done and I could get them rebalanced at a shop with better equipment. I’ve never had a vehicle with electric power steering before but this 2019 Trax feels heavy compared to a 2025 I drove or any hydraulic steering I’ve had.
SCAMMERS! I'm not one to complain or leave a review, but I had a family member go for an oil change here and they informed her that she would need a part that would cost over $700! There appeared to be nothing wrong so I told her to go for a second opinion. This other garage said that there was absolutely nothing wrong and there was no need for it to be replaced. Just another greasy garage trying to take advantage of someone who knows little about mechanics!
Hello Peeps from Neeps and surrounding Westman area, If you're thinking about or are in the market for a New or Pre-owned vehicle, I'd give Mclaughlin GM in Neepawa, Mb, a visit. My wife and I did and from the time we got there, we were greeted and treated with pleasantries. We took a test drive and later that day we took our new ride home.
