I will never be returning! I got builder gel for the first time and the application was AWFUL! Chunky, uneven, and so many air bubbles. On top of that, the lady didn’t even clean up my nails or care to trim them. The price I paid was NOT worth the product. Additionally, my nails are peeling and it has been than less than two weeks. A few of my friends go here, but after this, they will not be returning either.

Service was mediocre and i’ve had 2 nails pop off after only 2 weeks of having my nails done. I appreciated that my nail lady took her time and made sure i was satisfied with every step of the service, but she had an attitude and was not very friendly. I paid $80 for nails to pop of 2 weeks later, yeah no thanks. Store was not clean and the pictures are misleading, it is not as boujee or nice as it appears. Front desk people were very nice but other than that it was not a good experience. I will not be returning.

I’ve been a loyal client of Julie for over 5 years and I won’t go anywhere else. She always goes above and beyond—my nails are always better than the picture or idea I show her. So creative, talented, and amazing at what she does. 10/10 every time!
