Be prepared to feel pressured to upgrade to their “platinum” services and they will also pressure you to get gel on your toes even after you tell them no twice, and you just wanted regular polish. I asked for a nude gel color and once she was done applying it, she added chrome without even asking, yet again, pressuring an upsell. Had a wonderful pedicure, Kim was amazing!
I’m just not happy with this place anymore. It used to be nice, but one time the lady couldn’t do the design I wanted (I asked before they said yes). When it was clear it wasn’t turning out, I didn’t say anything but a male came by speaking in their language and then said in English “if she doesn’t like it that’s her problem”. Which was very rude. First time coming here and I'm very impressed! Lani was my tech and she did an amazing job! I explained that I have sensitive nails and that the last place I got my nails done at hurt me when they used the dremel tool. She was so patient with me as I was tensing up worried about it hurting. Not one time did it hurt! They are nice and short just like I wanted. The polish we chose is beautiful! The picture doesn't do it justice. Can't say enough good things about her! I will definitely be back here.
