Totally unacceptable to charge customers for nails like this. This tech needs more training. The same person did my toes, which turned out good, but he clearly struggled with my fingernails. This was a powder dip manicure with colored gel polish. The application is sloppy, uneven, and un-finished. I didn’t realize just how bad they looked until I stepped outside.
