We worked with Buhrt Builders to have our home completely remodeled and to add space. This was a huge project for my wife and I to get into and they made it easy and manageable for us. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! We reached out to Burht Builders to get an estimate for building a new home. Matt made an appointment with us, and we had a good discussion about a basic design we had picked out. Matt said he would get us an estimate in a couple of weeks for building based on that design. Currently about 2/3'rds of the way through a large project with Buhrt and I'm very impressed with this team. Like many projects, mine had nuances and a few unknowns, and the team at Buhrt went the extra mile to get things done the right way. The team onsite was super respectful, thoughtful, and talented in their craft. We have more projects on our home planned and will certainly be partnering with Buhrt when we do so.
I wish there was a way to leave no stars because that is exactly what I would leave for this company. I called to ask about getting someone to come out and look at a kitchen remodel. I was told I could expect a call back. After two weeks I called back and the young gal said I’m really very sorry, he does his own scheduling and he’s not in the office right now, or I would make him get on the phone.
