I had a mother of the groom dress cleaned and it came back with the lace frayed in multiple spots. We called to get a refund for the cleaning (the dress was over $300 and we just wanted our fee back). They asked for the dress back to repair so we sent it back. After months it was returned and not repaired at all. We have reached out to get our cleaning fee refunded as the dress is unwearable and can't be sold and they will not respond.
I needed something done in 24 hours. The ladies there were so sweet and got it done early. If I lived here , I would send everyone I know here for dry cleaning.
