No one answers the phone and no one calls back about voice messages. I tried calling for days and left a voice message.
I completely agree with most of the reviews here. Dr. Buhay seems to be nice and friendly. She explained me my condition pretty well. However my experience with the staff was not good. They forgot to put my name and date of birth on the laboratory requisition sheet. The lab technician refused to do my tests obviously. Upon calling, the staff luckily picked up the phone and said they had my name and dob on their copy. How is it possible??? They said they faxed the lab the requested information but the lab never got it. I aske... read more
