Be very careful investing with this company. Check there fees first. They take there fees from your principal. They are extremely high. David said there property doubles every 7 years. Not true. After 5 years and asking to sell my property when at peak last year. They didn't react quickly and sold the unit after prices had dropped. 5 years of investing I lost $ 5500 dollars. Again very high fees.
