Ordered 2 pizzas to be ready at 5:40 Saturday evening, arrived at 5:40 order had not been started. When finally got are pizzas and arrived at our location and began to eat pizza crust was soggy and not probably cook due to rushing out the order. This gave us a bad experience at a restaurant we had trusted.
Excellent food!! Generous portions and fabulous service!! I was hesitant because I hadn't been there in many years. Bugsy's did not disappoint! Ever dish was incredible (we couldn't finish our portions and there were seven of us). The Calzone was collosal! Everyone else got pasta dishes and we all left with a takehome box. I would not hesitate to come back again!!! Server was very attentive and took very good care of us. I wished I had taken pics of the food, it was so good!!
This is the wonder in Massillon Ohio a drive That was easy and well worth IT. I got Eggs in Pergatory and the three eggs was the best and in a savory tomato sauce and cheese with garlic crustini I am at a loss for WORDS.My son and grandson loved there dishes too.And was under 40.00 You must try.
I ordered Spaghetti and meatballs for carry out. The order was ready on time and the staff was friendly when I picked it up . There was only a small amount of spaghetti in the container and it was swimming in a bucket of sauce . The taste was ok . For $17.00 I was very disappointed at the small amount of Spaghetti I received. Needless to say I don’t think I’ll be ordering carry out there again
