Called for an estimate, provided pictures as requested and set up an appointment for 5/26/20. No show, no call on 5/26, we contacted them today, 6/7 via text to let him know we were unhappy with the lack of communication. He found time to reply to the text immediately but only to say that due to current events he was unable to reply sooner.
