Seems like a very knowledgeable guy. Took a good chunk of time to go over my problem with Termites. Had a lot of really sound advice. Emphasized strongly that the most effective way to deal with them coming up through a slab is to lift up all the flooring and seal all the cracks. Must admit to finding that daunting.
