I reached out to BHT and they pulled through! Our newly built home seemed to attract some unwanted guests - Odorous House Ants (brown ants). We couldn't figure out where they were coming from, but they were getting into all sorts of nooks and crannies, including our pantry. I have a great experience with them. They are so polite and direct us for the treatment. They will come and inspect the house. Its 100% good treatment for the pests and I found the better treatment over the others. Davis and his team have been a pleasure to work with. I was pretty anxious going into the heat treatment, but they were incredibly responsive and patient, answering all of my many questions without hesitation. They were thorough, professional, and easy to deal with from start to finish. The treatment was completed recently at my parent's rental property, and so far everything is looking good.
