Called up and didn't understand a word I said. Asked for a quote for post spray for my house and yard. That's it. He kept just saying I don't understand and I could clearly hear he was driving because he couldn't hear me over the sound of the car driving on the road

No no no no no. Run away. Gave me a quote for $500 to do a ONE TIME service, the guy stood in my house for 30 minutes discussing his personal medical problems with me and didn’t even inspect anything and assumed the pests I had - he was dead wrong. When my husband asked “what if it doesn’t work” and he replied “it will” I knew I was going to have to find someone else. “If your throat burns when you come back in your house you should probably leave”. Do yourself a favor and find a knowledgeable pest control company.
