I really appreciate Jacob's observation and thoroughness. On my previous monthly visit he recently alerted me to water in the basement o that had recently had the foundation repaired. You could only tell when you walked on it and that saved me a lot more damage. He is also neat in appearance, notifies me a few days prior and day of with his arrival time and is thorough. He assesses the situation and let's me know exactly what needs to be done.
Brandon Reams does a great job, he’s reliable and very personable. He’s always on time and gets the job done. I’d recommend both Brandon and Bug Out. Their service and products are great.
Had a wonderful experience with this being my first time ever calling any sort of pest control. Dallas responded to my call about brown recluses quickly and set up an appointment within the following week. When it came down to the contract he explained the process of both dusting and spraying, and he explained how the spiders would slowly start to leave. How dare you take advantage of elderly people in the community. When my parents told you no on your quote, you dropped the price. Right there I'd have sent you packing but my 80+yo parents trust scammers too much. You still charged them almost $1000 to install the "bait" in the ground. Personally, I've purchased the same things myself and sure didn't even pay $100 for them and my house was bigger. You should be ashamed of yourselves
