I ran my card and received a message that the transaction was cancelled. Did it a second time and it went through fine. I only received one car wash but was billed for 2. I have sent an email with no response as to what information is needed to refund my $12.00. I sent a second email today. Hopefully i will get a response this time.

went there yesterday. paid $12. never checked because just expected it to be right. went out today in the rain and noticed that one third of the car was not beading up. got out and looked at the rest of the car. 2/3's was clean and beading. the rest was dirty. I need a do over for free
