We used our debit card and then it said out of order but now we find our debit card was charged $15.00 even though it didn't work. We have tried to stop at the car wash but no one is there and we tried calling the number but after it rings, there is just a squealing sound and no way to leave a message. We would like the $15.00 refunded.
I just left there. The automatic cash takes your money, debit but does not work. I just lost $6 and would like a refund
