Rodina was exceptional. I booked her last appointment of the day 5 minutes before the appointment start time and she was willing to take us. She was very kind and great with my toddler who was nervous going in. This was our family's first experience with lice and she helped talk me through what to do. Her calm presence helped me feel more calm.

We visited buggie nix a few weeks ago. We received amazing service. Our whole family, which is a large family got lice. Rodina was able to fit us in quickly and was attentive to all of our concerns and needs. Her shop is clean and inviting. She shared her knowledge with us To ensure we would not get lice again. I was concerned about bringing my two grandchildren, one who has special needs. Cannot say enough good things about Rodina! She was able to check my hair, my daughter's hair and my son's hair (both toddlers). We had found nits the day before and needed an emergency check after treatment. She was able to get us all in last minute and was extremely thorough! Will go back again in the future for rechecks.

Live savers! Made an appointment morning of and both me and my daughter were able to get treatments. My daughter was super upset but they made her feel super comfortable and at ease during the whole 3 hour process. Thank you!
