As a traveling boater, it hard to get appointments to see doctors. However on this occasion, I called the surgery mid morning, then popped in to fill a form out. Then was offered an appointment in the afternoon. Fantastic service. All the staff are friendly and professional. What more can you ask for. Maybe the Weedon surgery could learn a thing or two from Bugbrooke. Thank you to you all at Bugbrooke

Love the new system. So much easier to get right to the area you want , appointment, prescriptions etc. Most Impressed!

I’ve had to use the surgery a lot more than usual over the last year and a bit and my experience has changed significantly since I was a teenager. The processes are constantly changing so the receptionists never know what’s going on which then leaves us fighting to get healthcare that we need. I just get the vibe that they want to get you off the phone as quickly as possible.
