We have either wasps or hornets in multiple spots in the ground in our yard and my husband who is also allergic has to go to the hospital yet again from being highly allergic to them and nothing being done by the bug “experts”. The team has been out to our home multiple times and done nothing about this issue other than put a few $3 traps up and spray some RAID. The flying death traps came back the next day. Great communication and service. Any issues we have experienced since moving into our home have dealt with. Our technician is helpful even if he has to recommend others for issues he deems outside of his scope. This type of humility gives me confidence in their service.
