Keoni was prompt, polite and professional. He checked with me before he began work. He appeared to have covered all spots in my front and back yards. I asked him to be especially aggressive when spraying my Golden Rain tree, which has an infestation of Elder Box Beetles that are very annoying. Keoni was very knowledgeable about the life cycle of these bugs and explained that his chemicals were chosen to do the job. I am very impressed with Keoni and his company.

The technician that came out to read me of the pests was absolutely amazing super courteous incredibly professional and a joy to be around. The work was fast accurate and very transparent I am very happy with the service and with the entire bug tech team!
Adam did a great job, was very professional, and extremely nice. This was our first time using bug tech. We will definitely be coming back!
