The technician arrived within the stated time, and he listened attentively to my concerns and requests. He was VERY knowledgeable and professional, in carrying out the treatment(s), and he fully explained the (VERY REASONABLE) charges for this visit. I was so pleased that I asked him to put me on an annual pests extermination plan.
