Joe Collier has done an amazing job with his company Bug Solutions taking care of our boathouse and spider/misting system. He reaches out every month with his schedule letting me know the day he is coming for service and invoices promptly with no surprises. If anything needs to be addressed we discuss beforehand. Outstanding company. They are professional, prompt and knowledgeable about the products. You are unable to notice they are installed on the house. I recommend anyone who want the spiders and other insects away from your porches and house to give them a call.
We have used Joe and his team for 3 years and the quality of their work is excellent! We have 2 spider misting systems, one that covers our outdoor patio area, and one mounted on our boat dock that covers the entire dock. We have NO spiders or webs! No longer having to clean stubborn spider poop off our boat has been awesome! Joe and team are timely with service appointments, and their communication and customer service skills are outstanding.
