I contacted them for a birds nest removal. Scheduling was easy. My problem is the day of removal my time frame was 1-230pm, the tech texts me at 215 saying he had an emergency and couldn’t come. There isn’t another tech to come out!? And you wait until my time frame is almost up to message me? This is the second company to flake. On to the third.
Our Bugout service tech is Rob. He does a great job & is respectful of our property. Also, upon leaving he always closes the side gates ( to prevent our pupper from running out of the yard) -we really appreciate that very much.
Bugout is always on time, professional and hardworking! Highly recommend their pest control services.
I experienced a wonderful service with Justin as usual. So glad to have him as my service agent. He listens to my concerns and always show respect.
