I am so pleased with Bug Out. In my area I have a new service specialist, Justin Smith & he is just as great as Raymond. So easy to talk to. Great customer service ‼️Thanks Justin for the pleasant visit.
Always does a good job
Pleased with Bug Out's overall service, but this annual termite inspection for my warranty renewal was not the service I had received in the past. My past experiences have been a thorough check under the house including moisture checks. This one was a walk around visual of the exterior only.
Update three weeks later after being overcharged by the bug out company in Lillington we have only heard from yet another technician who has done nothing and didn't know what was going on when he called back because he was on vacation
Robert was awesome to work with! He assessed the situation, presented options for treatment/resolve and then proceeded to do the option we wanted to move forward with. He worked quickly and effectively! Highly recommend!
