We have had the pleasure of using Bug It Pest Control for a few years now. We are very proud and excited about the growth of the company. Anytime someone comes out to provide service, it's top notch. You get on-time, professional, and exceptional customer service. We love Bug It Peat Control because they treat residential homes and commercial locations, and their prices are very reasonable. An earlier posting of this comment said I was double-billed. I was not. Thanks to BugIt for doing the math and reviewing the contracts. My payments to Bugit were spot-on the contract value. There was no over billing. All of the elements of our agreement have been fulfilled. Ours was a big job for a home as the house is over 140 years old; but George got it done and I am satisfied with the work.

I'm not really someone who sues in court. For that Bug It should be thankful. The work was only half-done. George is a nice guy, but I don't think he knows how to run a business. I have two reports from All Coast Home Inspections on the work under my pier and beam house. I can't crawl under houses anymore. All Coast can, with cameras. The first report brought Bug It back. The second report showed he failed to perform the work paid for. George struggled with the work. He bit off more than he could chew, left me with work yet ... read more

Initial service was great. We needed follow-up as the problem recurred and getting them back out here to honor the warranty has been an impossible task. Dodge my calls , tell me they will call back or send someone and they have done none of those things and my rat problem is getting out of hand as a result
