Worst pest company I’ve ever dealt with. Communication is horrible and no one cares to pick up the phone. Have been lied to, forgotten about. I just hope someone sees this review and calls me so I can cancel the work I was supposed to have done and I can call another company. AVOID.

Very difficult to get a hold of and the techs never call ahead. On the very first visit there was no call ahead. The tech treated the inside of the home but couldn't treat the outside due to the rain, said they would return and never did. I tried for 2 days to reschedule the second visit but no one answers the office phone, had to leave multiple voice-mails with no return call. Great Customer service and fast response's, Alan Schmitz and Levi Ewing ;Definitely do not hesitate to call them to take care of your home or bussnes .
Levi and Allen are hands down the best! Very prompt very pleasant and knowledgeable! If you need quotes for termite systems, inspections, insulation, vapor barriers, these are your guys! Definitely 10/10 recommend!
