I cannot recommend the Bug Guys enough. I've used them for the past 7 years and their customer service and promptness has always been amazing. From my first panicked call to them about ants coming out of my outlets to our most recent unfortunate flea infestation thanks to a carpet cleaning company, they've always been out to address the problem within 24 hours of calling. The Bug Guys are absolutely awesome. Everyone we have dealt with has been professional and knowledgeable. Especially Jess in the office. She has displayed great communication skills and you can tell that she genuinely cares about her clients. We couldn't be happier with their service.
Highly recommend they are very professional and polite and extremely detailed with the fumigation. The administrative assistant is a people person she’s extremely nice.
I have been using the Big Guys for a couple of years. Not only do they do a great job with scheduling and working to accommodate times that work for me. They also identify potential pitfalls around my home. Just today, Tim was doing my bi-annual termite inspection and discovered that I had a leak underneath of my home. Not only did he tell me about it. He escorted me to the location and showed me exactly where the problem was.
