Tashia and Josh always take great care of me. The chemicals they use are the strongest I've ever seen. The chemicals work for a long time. They work with their clients to try and give them what they need without overcharging. They charge a fair price. I'm glad I found such a good Pest Control service, thank you Bug Guy team!

Great service! Had an initial service for ants in May meant for 2 months. About 1 month later, a different type of ant showed up so I called them back. It was a misunderstanding on my part thinking the first service covered all ants but Jeff insisted to come over and take care of them free of charge. I should've had to pay because I was the one confused but he wouldn't allow it and showed up the next day. We haven't had any of those two types of ants back since.
