Love this guy. If he tells you something about your boat you can rest assured that it’s the truth. Not tell you what you want to hear but what you need to hear. Always very knowledgeable in all engines but very good in mercury. Good guy to know.

“Bug” isn’t a Mercury marine mechanic. Bug is THE Mercury marine mechanic. He just did the 300 hour service on my triple 300 Verado’s. Clean and efficient work. The only Mercury authorized mechanic I let work on my boat and the only Mercury mechanic I recommend to my yacht brokerage customers.

Andrew “Bug” is a skilled professional, who doesn’t cut corners, and provides exceptional service at a fair price. If you want things done right and don’t want to be thrown a shady sales pitch, this is your guy. I am a skilled mechanic myself and not easily impressed, Bug is one of the few that has (rightfully) gained my utmost respect.

These guys have the absolute best customer service I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have run a company for 25years so I can appreciate great customer service. There attention to detail in every aspect is second to none. I won’t trust anyone else with my boat! I traveled 8 hours for them to install new motors on my boat. So glad I did!

Got a 100 hour service on my outboard done and bug has unmatched attention to detail. He’s the only person I trust to work on my boat. If you need to buy, rig, or service a Mercury outboard, bug carpet marine is the place to do it!
