I called to have them come out to remove what I thought was hornets. James arrived and told us they were honey bees. He then told us who to contact to have them removed. Hats off to James and Bug Busters. We will definitely use and refer James and Bug Busters in the future.

I called Bug Busters in the afternoon, and scheduled an appointment for the following Thursday, the technician called me half an hour later and offered to stop by that day as he was close by. Friendly and fast service, informative and helpful with regards to our wasp problem. Only 4 stars as he just left and I haven't been able to see the results of his visit yet, however, the service is guaranteed for 3 months and I can ask them to come back if I continue to have a problem.
