This would have been 4 star prior to January 2020 when the facility was sold. The new owners and their managers are horrific. There is almost no communication of changes that affect us, nearly everything we do get is written in a threatening way, and we are treated like 5 year old inmates. We received a 20 page, single spaced 10 point type, written in paragraphs of things we couldn't do. They do not post information letting us know what is going on, for example, they are closing the laundry room except between 9 and 4:30 ... read more
