Coming to this hair salon was such an eye-opener on how curly cuts weren’t doing enough for my hair. Kenya and Brianna were very kind and patient with me. I explained to them how overtime my hair was becoming increasingly more difficult to detangle. They explained each step of their process and were very thorough. Once we reach the part where they had to blow out my hair, they were so gentle with my kink/coily hair. Great work on Instagram, but the contact and communication are horrible for a business. I really wanted to get a chance to meet with the business owner/lead hairstylist over the virtual consultation, but even with an appointment being made, I was not referred to a link for the virtual consultation or a phone call back. I do think the artist does great work as per their Instagram, but it's a shame that the communication style is like this.

I throughly enjoyed getting my hair done by Briana! I got a heatlrss pony with one 24 inch curly bundle from D Hair Boutique. Due to the length of my bundle the hair was thin and Briana still made it work! The *old* salon location was convenient to get to via train ( I flew in from FLL and caught the train from LGA) I haven’t had an appointment with Briana at her new location but I am manifesting it!
