Terrible psychologist. Self consumed and only into making money. Could care less about her patients.
I had a very bad experience visiting Dr. Wooten for a consultation. She immediately transferred me over to one of her colleagues even though that colleague did not accept my insurance and Dr. Wooten did. Also, according to 2 additional psychologists seem since as well as 2 psychiatrists, Dr. Wooten proved a misdiagnosis. I believe she and her colleagues’ treatment of me was detrimental to my recovery. I also felt Dr. Wooten was more about making money than actually helping people.
I did not like Dr. Wooten at all. I found that she was very disorganized and not upfront with her diagnosis. I also am not sure how good of a psychologist she is in that she did not really offer up any insightful information and only referred me to one of her colleagues. I also do not like the way her practice is set up with other practices seemingly combined into one practice that she owns. Seems like a pyramid scheme.
