Dr Buffy Cook is always so nice, caring, & attentive to my mom’s needs. She has multiple health problems & takes a lot of meds. He was very thorough in studying mom’s health history when she became his patient in Sept 2024. He’s always patient & never rushes through her visit. He listens to details and he gives mom his undivided attention. We are so thankful that he was referred to us by doctors @ JMCGH during mom’s hospital stay last year. Today was my first apt with Dr Cook. Due to insurance changes, had to leave my Dr of 15 years and I wasn't looking forward to changes. BUT the office is easy to find, parking is easy. The front staff was nice, the nurses were great AND they called me back early. One minute later, Dr Cook came in! He is friendly, easy to talk to, clear and concise.
