Mid morning on Friday, I reached out to Buff's Heating & Cooling. On the voicemail it provided a phone number to text, so I did. The same day they came out to the house (ran behind was on previous job, but had messaged me advising) then within 45 minutes got my air fixed. The guy was so nice, professional and answered our questions, even though it was after 5pm and I'm pretty sure he was ready for his weekend.
