Dr Reid failed in many areas from the first visit with her Patient Assistant where no exam was done to determine the cause of bleeding, to a scheduled procedure where I was called and told to come in one hour early due to the doctor ahead of schedule and then not taken back until after my original scheduled time. and furthermore, she did not call in the prescription that relieved my issue until 3 days after the procedure. Please avoid Dr. Reid. I wanted to see another Dr. because I found Dr. Reid non-responsive and lacks patient's empathy. She threw a tantrum not befitting her profession. What a display of her immaturity and lack of professionalism sitting in public domain conducting business.

Wonderful doctor with a great bedside manner. She listened to everything I had to say with a caring disposition and came up with a great plan to help me heal. The staff was also pleasant.
