This place is somewhat of a secret. Whenever we have a construction or remodel job in Sperry we stop here. The owner is a living legend in the BBQ world and the steady flow of cars is a tribute to this. The chopped beef sandwich is fantastic. My crew ordered straight pork by the pound and likely finished it off for the day. Buffalo’s is open until they sell out. There was so much meat on the sandwich the bun became a side dish.
Best barbeque around! The ribs and chopped beef is my favorite, but you can't go wrong with anything Buffalos Barbecue has.

Grabbed the brisket 1/2 pound plate, with Mac and cheese and hot fries, wow, more than I could pound, nice folks running it Thank you👍👍👍👍
