This was my 3rd time trying Buffalos. I have never had a complete “good” experience. Today my fries were cold upon pick up and I asked for chips and I shorted me on my wings. I called when I ate there last and asked for a manager. No one ever came to the phone and I was told he was not available. Today was the last time I will purchase from here. The wings are dry dry and the chips taste like old grease. It’s not worth $5 much less $12
This place used to be good but now it takes forever for your food to get there. If you want wings you better show up early bc it takes about 45 min every time you order some, no matter how dead they are..absolute garbage.
If I could give you zero stars I would. We waited over an hour, never got our food, drinks were only refilled once. Asked for a manager and was told they were just busy $20 per person and didn't even get a plate. Cartersville location can run circles around this location. Disappointed beyond belief!!
The new team has really turned it around there. We enjoy our experience every time we go! 5 stars
