Like the previous reviews, these people do not rent out apartments based on first come first serve basis. Highly selective---borderline discrimination if you ask me. They know they can get away with this because the rental market in Buffalo is so small. The apartments themselves I would say are average. Cheap flooring and small bedrooms. Not worth the headache.
Very quiet neighborhood while still an easy walk to Hertle Avenue. Always felt safe. Management was attentive to our needs. Highly recommend!
