I had paid on an account, missing no payments, and always paying on time, but was struggling financially; so my husband and I went with a debt management company. I have been given the run around for over a week from this company to obtain a correction letter for something that they had errorously placed on my credit report six years ago. They are rude and do not care about correcting their error. i rate them a minus one but the system will not allow anything less than one.
