Yuck Location: Town Center Blvd. in the Target shopping center. I really wanted to like this place since Wing Shack on OBT closed down. Wing Shack had good wings but horrible service and was poorly managed; no wonder they closed. Enter Wings & Rings... hot wings were not the least bit hot. extra hot rated barely a MILD at most other places. The wings were kind of dry, but meaty. The "bleu cheese" dressing... BEST WINGS, BEST SERVICE This was my first visit to Buffalo Wings & Rings and I absolutely loved it. First of all, the ambiance is great, they make you feel very comfortable, everyone is very friendly. The service was great. The wings were very tasty, a good size and a good price. The chicken quesadilla is the best I've ever had. Everyone in my party loved their food. It came out on time, was hot and tasty. They have the best beer & drink specials in the area.
