I've been trying not to post this. For more than a week now I've fought with myself about posting this. You can look through my reviews and I have NEVER posted anything like this. Here goes... I ordered a 10pc boneless with Thai Curry and another hot sauce I can't remember which it was. I took my order back to my office and Sat in my car to eat under the A/C. First we waited waited to be seated. Tje staff looked busy and i saw a person (james) at the bar looking at us but i assumed he was the bar tender. After seating myself with my family i found out he was the manager. The server was excellent she was running to the front to seat people taking orders getting drinks while james just stood there and watched his phone. Terrible management manager James was very rude very unprofessional closed our tab for asking how much longer for our food was very careless on managing and helping his staff that were really struggling to help everyone he really just likes the manager label cause he dont feel the need to help his staff only order and walk around in his phone

We came to this Buffalo Wild Wings in Sugar Land to support a fundraiser and unfortunately had a frustrating experience. My husband accidentally left his work phone at our table. When he called the restaurant, the first person who answered passed the phone to the manager.
