Terrible service and unsanitary servers. Waited at the entrance for 5+ minutes without even being acknowledged before I walked to the bar and asked to be seated. Then sat at the table for 4-5 minutes before someone finally came to ask if we had been helped, to which I replied no and he left for another 3-4 minutes before coming back to offer water. Food was terrible and the wait was awful ! We waited over an hour for a sample platter, when there were only 5 other people in the restaurant. Then I get a survey about the ranch dressing 🤦🏽♀️ It’s not the ranch you should be worried about , we were a party of 8 and ordered different wings and a sample platter. Chicken was burnt, crispy to touch was a pickup order could’ve broke my braces. Wings were sauced but displayed blatant burnt/oldness and took 20 minutes to get after arrived at the store but claimed they were “ready” on the app and were not busy at all. Terrible all around for the past year
My wife order our food on line when I left work which takes 30 minutes to get there, as I got there people were inside already complaining of the wait time, so it took right around 40 plus minutes after got there, the young man behind the register was the only friendly staff person there!
