Ordered the wing deal off the mobile app got boneless wings and bone in. The boneless wings were great, the bone in wings were overcooked hard to even bite into both the drums and wings, had to leave them as is was order #102006. 44$ and half the food was inedible

We stop here on the way through every summer. We like the food, but this time the fries were cold. The family likes to compete with eachother to see who can answer the most trivia questions correctly.

Absolutely terrible customer service. My order was canceled without any explanation, and when I called to ask what happened, the employee hung up on me instead of helping. That is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I understand that orders sometimes need to be canceled, but hanging up on a paying customer is unacceptable. There was no apology, no attempt to resolve the issue, and no concern for the inconvenience they caused. Burned my tater tots and half my fries (the latter of which they gave me "accidentally"), my triple bacon burger was only a double, they took forever to seat us, and forever to take our drink orders.
