Darn good wings and great service but music is TOO LOUD even after a request to turn it down
One of the worst service experiences ive had in a while. Not busy at the time we went so no excuses there. We asked for a highchair upon getting our table, our server came back to our table twice and still didn't bring one so we had to get it ourselves. Server checked on us once the whole time after that. We had to ask for refills even though our empty cups were sitting on the edge of the table when she checked on us. She disappeared after that, was more worried about her outside tables. No matter what Buffalo wild wings I go to when I ask them for a fresh lemon pepper, fresh zing and also fresh honey barbecue. They always seem to give me chicken that's been already cooked sitting up under a heating lamp and when I get my chicken it's always overcooked hard to chew. I just stopped going spend my money elsewhere
Probably the last time we will be eating a Buffalo Wild Wings, the sliders were to hard to eat and most of our food came out cold. It was a very long wait for below average food. The only redeeming factor was the kitchen manager Damion and our server who was a sweetheart. They treated us with the upmost respect and kindness and made sure we were taken care of.
Gracie was great.
