It pains me to do this. Most Buffalo Wild Wings are absolutely horrible in both food and service. This is the only one that’s consistently been good until recently. The food is still good, the workers are friendly. But the wait times are freaking ridiculous. A carryout order should not take 45 minutes and the last two times we’ve ate inside we’ve waited over an hour for food. Do better. I had to drop you down do to slime food. i’d like to add, I used to manage a full service restaurant so I kinda know what I’m talking about,

Service was great and this is the best one of all 3 on the Southside. Worth the drive to Franklin.

We used to be regulars at this location going at minimum once a week if not twice a week. We kept going back because we have a few servers that we love. We stopped in tonight and they had what we coined their B team working. (Inside joke). We Stood in the front entry way for 10 minutes. No one acknowledged we were standing waiting to get a seat. Had the 4 appetizer plate.. the worst food on the appetizer was the boneless wings.. which I've always thought were ok good but nothing special. The rest and the drinks were delicious..

Great service today. Wings and Appetizers were really good. My wife and I dropped by for a quick meal. Buffalo Wild Wings did not let us down.
