Food was delicious. Server was new, but did a good job. Better than some of the other BWW in the area!
Great service had to go to a movie at 10:15 I got done in time. Food came out hot and tasty. I had Gracie as a server super sweet and fun! Love this location
They have never… not an exaggeration… NEVER gotten a delivery order right. We have given the Kirkwood location more chances than I care to admit. Items are always missing and they are usually kid’s meals. UPDATE: It's been a year so we foolishly thought we'd give them another chance. Look at the photo... completely raw inside. How is this place still open? NEVER AGAIN!
5 stars for my server Gracie alone. “Above and beyond” is an understatement. She made my experience so much better with her amazing energy and positive attitude. She was soo sweet from the second she greeted us at the door.
