Ordered 2 items for delivery. One item was completely missing and 2/3 of the other item is also missing. I am currently trying to call the store to get this resolved and have been on hold for 22 minutes now. I am extremely frustrated. Update: Over a month has passed phones apparently still dont work and still didnt get refunded. Don't get scammed get food elsewhere.
3x in a row didn’t bring my drinks on the app order , then they don’t answer the phone.
Literally gave our food to someone else and tried not to own up to it lol. Absolutely recommend a new restaurant in this location. They don’t deserve our money‼‼Tons of shady business practices going on in the background 🚓🚔.
The gentleman that prepared my order was pleasant/nice however, I had multiple missing items…missing 2 brownies, 2 sodas, and my wedges did not have cheese. I have tried calling but the call goes straight to a sound of a call being dropped. I need to be reimbursed. I have a toll free number, they are out of the office so I will follow up tomorrow!
