I have contacted customer service 3 times each time they say someone will get back to me. They never do but the case is closed with the owner saying he couldn't get a hold of me. The item I ordered they were out of were going to replace it with a cheaper item but could not do a price adjustment and they never gave me the replacement item. As they don't do refunds. Is good food ,fresh but little salty, the guy can offer more good deals when is your first time.
Ordered 2 items for delivery. One item was completely missing and 2/3 of the other item is also missing. I am currently trying to call the store to get this resolved and have been on hold for 22 minutes now. I am extremely frustrated.
I ordered food from here a few times each time food quality is terrible, service is terrible. It is usually a last option for food. I placed an order for delivery I live 3 minutes away and received our order and it was cold. We waited 45 min. For order to arrive just to be cold. I tried calling the store multiple times they never answered. DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS ITS YOUR LAST OPTION. Neither do they care about lack of service and bad quality of food.
Horrible experience. Food was 30 minutes late, no customer service. Place desperately needs a manager or a third worker, they are way understaffed. Food is somehow cold after getting home (live 5 minutes away). Just unbelievable and will not be going back.
