Thank you for your response. Instead of just sharing it to your team (which seems to be the response for every review), can you please make this right? As others have mentioned, store-level management never reached out after issues. We placed over $100 worth of food and they gave us an order worth probably $20-$30. We had to scramble and order food from another restaurant last minute. We never got our money back or a credit. We used to go every week but haven't been back since. Seems to be a flip of the coin if they give me the flavors I actually order. Sometimes they do sometimes they give me random flavor that I did not ask for or want.

I've been trying to make my situation right since my order in the beginning of January. The staff was great and made the best of the situation but they were very clearly overwhelmed. They were out of numerous sauces, all dips (ranch/blue cheese) and they were so backed up my order was cold to the touch when it finally was handed over, nearly an hour late. I feel bad for the staff since they told me they couldn't stop online orders and they couldn't issue any refunds, they said the owner had to do all of that. The food we did... read more

They have intentionally designed their app to ask for a delivery address and then default to a pickup order. They are misleading and waste food because of it.

This place really sucks they always char the food and burn it bad or sometimes undercook food i have had bad experience several times and not once but their service has been unapologetic and continue to serve poor food hence this review . Its just a franchise so they can do a lot better than this ..
