First time I have used a Buffalo Wilf Wings GO which is strictly for to go orders. Placed order online it gave me a 30 minute window when the food would be ready. Drove over walked in about middle of window time given and food was ready. It was fresh hot and pretty good. Lorenzo asked me if I needed any napkins or fork which I did and was much appreciated. Will be back for another lunch order soon.

I’m leaving this review in hopes that it leads to better customer service, employee training, and professionalism. I called because the website stated that customers should call to place an order. When I spoke with a young lady, she specifically told me that I could not place the order online and that I would need to come into the location.(which I did not even 7 minutes after the call) However, when we arrived, the employees had turned off the lights posed as if closed , even though it was not yet closing time. Lorenzo was super sweet and helpful when coming into the store to place my order was having trouble with the app and made it quick and easy to check out thank you so much for your kindness and patience
