Waited a hour for my food and it was all wrong and the employee tried to fight me because I was mad. Never go here ever! And I wasn't the only person ever single person stuff was wrong and you could just hear the employee's trash talking about the costumers. I repeat Never go here!!!!
Awful service. Super slow. My wings got delayed for almost an hour and I haven’t even get them yet. Bad quality service and we still have to pay for this insane
Food is bdubs quality but the wait is absolutely insane. Only my second time ordering from this location this year (I wish Chicago had more) and it takes more than an hour to get our order after we place it. Everyone just ends up mad from the customers to the workers smh
This place is always long wait. Also, I ordered online, went to the store but was told the place is closed. I mean if it’s closed, why is online ordering still open? Zero customer service, called in and wrote email for refund, never got it. This chain restaurant is going downhill, will avoid this chain going forward.
