I had ordered for pickup yesterday since I was in the area coming home from work, found hair all over my meal and my gf’s, called the store, talked to the manager or store owner for a dreadful 12 minutes, asked them for a Refund, he wouldn’t offer to refund the order, I told him I’m too far away to drive back and all he kept insisting was for me to drive back and bring the food so he could “inspect it” and redo my order when I had repeatedly told him I had already thrown it out and said countless times that I Demand a refund... read more
Great customer service and my food is always hot and ready to eat. Every time I go with my family we feel welcomed and the service is always on point. It’s definitely worth the 40minute drive, nothing hits better than home as you cruise on your way back eating the perfect cooked wings . Thank you Bdubs!
