Instead of helping customers, workers are vaping at front of the store and talking about work drama
Never been a huge fan of this particular location, I had not been here for a while so I read recent reviews, boy am I glad I did, guess I will not be going. Yall may want to look into new management by the sounds of things.
3 visits, each worst than the last. No one is ever at the front to seat you, or to help you with to-go orders. Our first dine-in experience we couldn’t get any service, our order took 32 minutes to come out, and was wrong. Then the waitress charged us wrong, and couldn’t figure out how to do the bogo instead of 2 separate charges. Fine, we can avoid that, we’ll take it to-go. Nope.
