This is the first bdubs I’ve been around that has been consistently bad food wise (since I moved to the area two years ago) I love the brand (I frequent other locations traveling for work) I love the menu, but man. There’s no love coming from that kitchen. Or from anyone else really.
Tuesday January 13th the store is closed. They should be open. I have no idea what's going on. Very irritating trying to pick up an order
We have gone to this location twice but have been to many locations throughout MD and other states. This probably is the slowest restaurant staff. Though they are nice the last time we were there the bartender (we were sitting at the bar) answered a question incorrectly about a beer that we were interested in and then walked away without asking us if we wanted something else. The bar tender and manager were good people. They looked out for me. Got an Uber and they said not to worry about my car. That I could pick it up in the morning. Greatly appreciated it!
This place is absolutely ridiculous every time I come in here to pick up food they tell me it's being packaged up and then I end up waiting an additional 15 to 20 minutes, sometimes more. Service is crappy
