Unbelievably slow. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes to get drinks and an hour to get wings for two people. Tried eating here a few times hoping slow service was a fluke, but they’re consistently dragging. For the price you pay for their food, you’d figure BWW would be better. Update: Tried again. Sat at a table for 15 minutes w/o wait staff coming for our drinks. We left. The bartender saw us, shuffled the menus at her station, and then did nothing. All of the servers were back in the kitchen arguing.

Food took almost an hour. By the time the last 2 Came out the other 3 were finished. And it was a Monday and very slow night. 2 of the meals were Luke warm. Won’t be back.

Every time we come here it’s a different mess of an experience. Extremely slow service and waiting for someone to take your order. Takes forever to come out. Often comes out cold or wrong. When they bring food out it’s not all at once and they just set it on the corner of your table and walk away. After a good 45 minutes food started to come out in 15 minute increments (for a table of 4). Fries came out completely unseasoned.
